    An apostille is a certification that authenticates the origin of a public document for use abroad. We assist in obtaining an apostille by notarizing your document, delivering it to the Secretary of State, and handling the apostille process from start to finish.
  • What do I need to bring to get a document notarized?
    You must bring: The document that needs notarization. A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID). Any required witnesses (if your document needs witnesses, and we can assist in providing them if necessary).
  • What is a Notary Public?
    A Notary Public is a state-commissioned official who witnesses the signing of important documents, verifies the identity of the signers, and ensures that they are signing willingly. Notaries also verify that documents are completed accurately and legally.
  • How quickly can you notarize my documents?
    We offer same-day notarization services. Our goal is to provide fast and accurate service, ensuring your documents are notarized correctly the first time.
  • Do you notarize documents on weekends?
    Yes, The Notary Center is open every day, including weekends, for your convenience. You can walk in or make an appointment for quick notarization services.
  • How does The Notary Center handle loan signings?
    We specialize in loan document notarization, ensuring that all signatures, dates, and notarial acts are performed correctly. With over 111 years of combined experience, we guarantee the loan signing is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Can The Notary Center provide mobile notary services?
    Yes, we offer mobile notary services where we come to your location for your convenience. Whether at your home, office, or another location, we can travel to you to notarize documents.
  • Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
    We accept both walk-ins and appointments for notary services. However, scheduling an appointment ensures you’ll be seen right away. You can book online or call us directly.
  • What types of documents can you notarize?
    We can notarize a variety of documents, including but not limited to: Affidavits Loan documents Powers of attorney Wills and trusts Deeds of trust Travel consent forms Financial documents Contracts and agreements
  • Can I get a birth certificate notarized?
    While we can’t notarize the original birth certificate, we can notarize a statement or affidavit from you declaring the copy of the birth certificate is accurate and authentic.
  • How does mobile notary service work?
    Our mobile notary service involves sending a certified notary to your location. You provide the necessary documents, and our notary will verify your identity, witness your signature, and notarize the document on-site.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
